SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

1. Eight passport size attested photographs of the candidate.
2. Matric certificate as a proof of birth (Attested).
3. Attested copy of higher qualification certificate.
4. Two self addressed envelopes bearing stamps worth Rs.2/-
5. Health certificate from a senior surgeon or civil surgeon or medical superintendent of a hospital.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Application form and prospectus may be obtained from Maha Shiv Shakti School of Nursing, near Khemkaran chucgi, Khemkaran Road, Patti.
2. Application form should be filled in by the student in her own hand writting.
3. There will be a written examination in English, Science and General Knowledge.
4. Selection of the students depend upon the written test, oral interview and marks in 10+2 examination. Decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
5. Those called for interview should bring all the original certificates with them
6. Management serves the right to selects or rejects any student.
7. No challenge will be accepted by the institution.

PRE REQUISITES FOR NURSES

Soon after admission, the students are introduced to theory and nursing Arts. As it is well known fact that the nurses are pillars upon which the lives of patients depends, So they have a lot of responsibilities. To fullfil these demands, they must inculcate dedication to serve human being, good character, physically & mentally fit, self disciplined, honesty, sympathy, caring & smartness.
